It was kind of quiet last week at the beach. There will be a lot more people here this weekend. The time is getting closer for another 5 straight nights of party and fun times. Its the CBMA Weekend with all the best Carolina Beach Musicc bands in town at the different clubs leading up to the big show at the Alabama Theatre on Sunday afternoon November 13th. I can’t wait to see a bunch of friends that I have not seen since last year.

Big Weekend in North Myrtle Beach November 9th-14th(early am)! I can’t wait! Its one of my favorite events of the year. If you are a band fan, the CBMA week in NMB is the week for you. Most of you reading my updates have probably already experienced a CBMA weekend. If not.. you can still be part of it. Make plans to attend next week. It actually gets started on Wednesday November 9th with parties at Boom Booms, Ducks and Fat Harold’s. Parties every night and some afternoons.. Big Show on Sunday afternoon with the VIP party Sunday night at OD and the Spanish Galleon. See you there!

Johnston County Community College is featuring the Band of Oz in concert this November. Johnston Community College features many events throughout the year at the Paul A Johnston Auditorium. The college is located at 245 College Road, Smithfield, NC 27577. Plan to see the Band of Oz on November 19th. The show starts at 7PM. The Carolina Beach Music Award ballots are going out. If you were a CBMA member as of September 16th, you should be receiving your ballot in the mail soon, if you have not already received it. Make sure to get it in the mail so your vote counts. The party in November will once again be one of the best weekends of the year in North Myrtle Beach for Carolina Beach Music.
